Aloha, We are out-of-town clients. We do not speak English very well. However, we manage to exchange through mails, WhatApps, and Zoom. As we are not in Honolulu, Jason manages to send us several videos of the condos he visited for us. We really enjoy having met Jason Lee. He is a very active agent. Jason was great! I do not live in Hawaii and was worried about selling my home all the way from Texas. This was an easier home to sell than my last one which I was living in! He was super responsive, had great contractors, and was very thorough in his assessment of the property value. The title company was great and worked with me to get documents signed all the way from Texas. I had absolute trust in Jason and would absolutely use him again and have already recommended him to everyone I know in Hawaii!

Kai was wonderful to work with. She was focused on helping us find what we wanted. She made confusing things comprehensible many times. We felt she went out of her way over and over to support and guide us through our search, and followed up and reported back very quickly on our questions, and gave us excellent and honest feedback.
