Kai Brown combines her engineering expertise with a passion for real estate, bringing a unique analytical approach to the industry. A graduate of Punahou School, she earned an engineering degree from the University of Washington and later completed an Executive MBA at the University of Hawaii, gaining early admission due to her strong technical background.
Kai began her career in 2002 as an Engineering Estimator and Account Executive at Pacific Gas & Electric, where she played a key role in large-scale infrastructure projects, including the redesign of the natural gas pipeline spanning the San Francisco Bay Bridge. Her ability to unify stakeholders and drive solutions set the foundation for her success in real estate.
In 2006, Kai returned to Hawaii and discovered her passion for real estate while assisting a family friend with their firm. She thrived in the dynamic nature of the industry and quickly built a reputation for guiding clients through life-changing transactions with expertise and care. Over the years, she has earned numerous accolades, including the President’s Circle honor (top 3% of Prudential agents nationwide) and multiple Client Service Awards. She has also been a consistent nominee for the Aloha ‘Aina Award, recognizing excellence in client service.
Kai has extensive experience in new development sales, helping developers achieve aggressive sales goals to take high-rise construction vertical. She was part of the Kamehameha Schools Investor Sales Team, a sales team member for Keauhou Place, the Sales Manager for Ke Kilohana, and most recently served as the Director of Sales for Kuilei Place. Through these roles, she has developed expertise in market analysis, sales strategy, project execution, and Hawaii’s affordable housing programs, making her a recognized expert in new construction and residential development. She also served on the Keauhou Place condo board from 2018 to 2024, deepening her understanding of condominium operations and governance.

With an in-depth understanding of developer negotiations, contract structuring, and market trends, Kai helps buyers and sellers navigate complex transactions with confidence.
